Clara Da Costa is an international movement artist, choreographer, diretor, educator and producer with a performance degree from SEAD (Austria) and advanced studies at Tisch School of the Arts (NYU). Her expertise has led her to facilitate workshops for elite performers, including artists from Cirque du Soleil.
Since 2003, Clara has toured her signature workshop, "Corpo Único," worldwide, bringing its empowering methodology to diverse communities alongside her work in Musical Theater and film.
In 2025 she worked on the tour of her solo Peel the Onion and the duo Womanhood. In 2025, she continues to tour these works at festivals across the globe, constantly pushing boundaries as both an interpreter and a creator.

"The Performative Body" offers a deep dive into the mechanics of the musical theater artist. Through an integrated approach, we explore how to maintain technical precision while achieving total expressive freedom.
This class is designed to unlock your true power, transforming raw impulse into unforgettable choreography—building a body that cannot be ignored.
The first part of the class we work by fusing techniques from Contemporary, Jazz, and Hip Hop with the foundation of Improvisation and Theater* you will develop a "Performance Body"—one that is intelligent, precise, and ready for the rigors of the stage.
On the second part, we will create choreography that unites strong technique with deep storytelling, allowing you to execute nuanced movement with confidence, developing your power and having fun!
